Kinesiology Students' Society
About
The KSS, short for the Kinesiology Students' Society, is an inclusive community comprising undergraduate students passionate about the field of Kinesiology. With a robust membership base and a dedicated team of 10 executive members, our club is entirely student-driven.
Throughout the year, we curate a diverse array of engaging events that cater to both the academic and social needs of our members. These events include the much-anticipated Kin Camp, the career-focused Kindustry, midweek pick-me-ups at Hump Day, and the elegant Kinesiology Gala. Additionally, we provide academic support through our peer tutoring program and foster camaraderie by hosting smaller, seasonal events throughout the year, such as pumpkin painting in October and a gingerbread house contest in December.
In the spirit of unity, we cheer on our university's Dinos teams together, creating unforgettable memories and bonding experiences. Our commitment to academic excellence is exemplified through networking nights, informative student success seminars, and exclusive discounts on MCAT prep courses.
As a source of pride for our club, we organize and prepare the Kin Games team, which competes at the annual Kin Games every March, showcasing the talents and dedication of our members.
If you're eager to join our dynamic community, memberships are available for purchase at our conveniently located office in KNB 153, situated in the heart of the Kinesiology atrium. We accept both cash and e-transfer. Join the KSS, where we blend academic ambition with a vibrant social scene to create a well-rounded and enriching undergraduate experience in Kinesiology!
