Ernst & Young Leadership Development Program Day 5

The Ernst & Young Leadership Development Program (EYLDP) is a 5-day workshop throughout the 2019-2020 Fall and Winter semesters. Through the feedback of EY representatives and leaders in the community, participants will be able to develop essential case competition skills such as case preparation, case analysis, presentation, and leadership skills in a familiar and friendly environment.

The first 4 sessions consist of mock case competitions where participants will analyze various business cases and present them in front of a panel of judges. They will then receive feedback from the judges on how to improve throughout each session. The 5th and last session is an actual case competition among all the participants.
